We welcome you in the small hamlet of La Charmette, in an attractive, well-equipped and comfortable 3-room apartment delivered in June 2021. We hope you will spend a few unforgettable relaxing days there enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Nestled at 1350 meters above sea level, a short distance from Valmorel, and accessible by car, this apartment is ideally located on the edges of the Valmorel ski area a few dozen meters from the slopes "Cote Soleil", and « le rocher ». You will be able to easily reach the heart of the ski resort in Winter with le rocher ski lift and go ski-out for the Valmorel ski area.
In summer, it is possible to go hiking and easily reach the resort on foot, by bike or thanks to the nearby Valmobus stop which allows easy access to the village of Valmorel and its facilities!
The private covered parking of the residence can accommodate your vehicle during your stay and a private ski storage room on the ground floor will allow you to store your leisure equipment to make the most of your stay.
The Apartment
Description
This apartment, with an area of 51.13 m², can accommodate up to six adults. It is located on the 2nd floor of the residence and can be accessed via elevator. The apartment consists of an entrance with closet containing a washer / dryer leading to a spacious and bright living / dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed 140 (fast system). The living room opens onto a large southwest facing terrace which offers a very nice view of the forest and mountain. Bedroom 1 has a set of 90X190 bunk beds which can sleep adults and also has direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom (bedroom 2) contains a 160X190 double bed. The apartment has a bathroom, a shower room and 1 toilet. In order not to dirty the apartment, a ski locker is at the disposal of the tenants on the first floor. The apartment has high speed internet connection and wifi. A subway parking space is also reserved for the tenants. The Apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
